90% of this weeks top 10 features rare Superfast transitional variations and colours. The only exception is an extremely rare Japanese issue VW 1500 with a mint, unfolded box. All 10 sold for over £100. My theory is people are investing in collectable toys as they are such a solid risk - as long as the value climbs steadily - it beats having money in disintegrating banks and free falling stocks and shares.
